At DC Garage Interiors, we stand behind the quality of our work. We offer a Limited Warranty on all residential garage floor installations using epoxy or polyaspartic base coats.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty begins on the date of installation completion and remains valid for as long as the original property owner retains ownership.

Please note: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only while the original customer owns the property where the floor was installed.

What’s Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that result in:

• Peeling of the coating
• Delamination of any flooring layers
• Discoloration caused by manufacturer defects

If an issue is confirmed, DC Garage Interiors will, at our discretion, repair or replace the affected portion to restore the floor to its original installed condition.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage due to:

• Misuse, neglect, or abuse
• Chemical spills (gasoline, battery acid, oil, solvents, etc.)
• Tire burns or marks from high-performance/racing tires 
• Scratches, chips, or gouges from heavy or sharp objects
• Natural disasters (flooding, fire, earthquakes)
• Improper maintenance or unauthorized cleaning products
• Moisture vapor emissions or hydrostatic pressure from the concrete slab
   

How to File a Claim

If you discover an issue covered under this warranty, please:

1. Contact us in writing within 30 days of noticing the defect.
2. Include a description of the issue and clear photos.
3. Allow us to inspect and assess the site for warranty eligibility.

Your Remedy

If a valid defect is confirmed, DC Garage Interiors will:

• Repair the affected area using the same or comparable material, or
• Replace the damaged portion at our discretion.
   

This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages beyond repair or replacement.
